NCDA Facilitating Career Development Certification
Why Certification Is Worth It
There are no formal education or experience requirements to work in career development.
Staff members are hired from a variety of backgrounds and employers rarely offer more than on the job experience to do the work. This isn't enough to stay current in a rapidly changing field.
My NCDA approved course will teach you about the foundational components of career development practice that work alone can't teach you. At the end of this course, you will receive a nationally recognized certification. This certification validates your capabilities and increases your credibility with your employer and clients.
